Weekly Eats #4
There was a salmon sale at my local grocery store this past week, so I ended up grabbing a filet.
I originally planned on freezing it for later, but just decided to try a new recipe out and see how it went. Usually my salmon turns out pretty band, but this time I tried a homemade teriyaki glaze that made it 100% better. I paired it with string beans, realized I don't really like string beans, and replaced them with broccoli and white rice.
