The Calm Before The Storm
At the moment this post goes live, I'll be in New York, warming up to run in my first meet since becoming a semi-professional athlete (Wish me luck!). I'll be running the race over and over again in my head, trying to remember everything I need to do in my race. I'll most likely be getting a pep talk through text from Sanders, and taking tons of deep breaths to keep the panic away.
Today, I figured: Why not post some photos from an impromptu photoshoot that I had a few weeks ago?
The calm of the photos are a good reminder to myself that it is possible for me to clear my head and to stay focused on the finish line. My time will come soon.
