Motivation Monday | Worth It
I came across this Parks and Rec gif yesterday, and thought that it described track practice perfectly. Some days you're so sore you wonder how you're able to even lift your legs, let alone run, but somehow you still do it. That feeling when you've accomplished what you needed to is always worth it. It's OK to start like an Andy because afterwards you'll feel like a Chris! So get out and get at it on this week!
