This week started off pretty normally. I did longer accelerations out of starting blocks on Monday (40m vs. the usual 30). I got tired faster, but that was to be expected. What wasn't expected was how sore and run down I still felt come Wednesday. I ended up just listening to my body (and my coach) and taking the day off after warming up. It was a strange feeling having so much time freed in my day. After I finally comprehended I had nothing to do after warm-up, I sat there for a good minute to figure out what to do next. It was a really strange feeling lol. By Friday, I was feeling back to normal and got through my workout just fine, though.Read More
